Lumpia Chef Alex Retodo is back and hosting an epic Adobo Battle with his culinary compadres, Miguel Escobedo of Al Pastor Papi and Fabien Santos of Merkado SF, for the ultimate Mexipino Adobo Collabo (say the 10 times fast).

Backyard boogie-style, this episode will feature classic mashups like the Quesadobo, the Al Pastorta, Quesobirria tacos, Elote Lumpias and washing it down with some E.
